We design, distribute, and manage the products and courses offered on the Website and manage your access to the Products where necessary. Content is subject to change without notice.

Weaver provides coaching content and education designed to support your personal and relational development. However, Weaver is not a medical, psychological, or crisis intervention service, and does not provide therapy, diagnoses, or mental health care.
By using this Website and engaging with Weaver programs, you acknowledge that:
You are in a psychologically stable state to engage in self-reflection and relational work
You understand that some content may bring up emotional discomfort and agree to seek professional support if needed
You take full responsibility for your participation and your emotional wellbeing
You release Beyond Story Pty Ltd and Weaver from any liability related to your mental, relational, or physical health outcomes resulting from your use of the platform
If you are in emotional distress or experiencing a mental health crisis, we strongly encourage you to seek help from a qualified mental health professional or emergency services in your jurisdiction.
9. LIVE EVENTS AND GROUP CONDUCT
If you participate in any Weaver live sessions, you agree to:
Keep all shared personal information confidential
Refrain from recording, distributing, or republishing live content
Treat others with respect and sensitivity
Weaver reserves the right to remove users from group experiences without refund if their behaviour is harmful or violates these terms.
10. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Due to the nature of our digital products, we do not offer refunds once a program has been accessed or downloaded. You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle to avoid renewal charges.

11. PLATFORM AVAILABILITY
We aim to keep the Website accessible and functioning, but we do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted service. We are not responsible for outages, delays, or disruptions caused by third-party providers.

The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
