Christine is a seasonal and award winning psychologist with 17 years of experience navigating the complexities of human connections in both clinical and organisational settings. She specializes in empowering busy professionals and leaders to overcome the challenges of maintaining fulfilling relationships, whether in their personal lives or at work.

Throughout her career, Christine has had the privilege of working with a diverse range of individuals—from those facing severe mental health challenges to high-performing leaders at ASX Top 100 companies, government agencies, and non-profits. She has identified that many of the issues you may face—such as anxiety, burnout, and disengagement—often stem from a fundamental disconnection. This disconnection can manifest within yourself, in your relationships, or in your sense of purpose. Christine’s holistic approach combines deep psychological insights with practical strategies, helping you repair and enrich your most important connections.

In 2020, Christine was honored as one of the ‘40 under 40 most influential Asian Australians’ for her grassroots engagement in supporting multicultural communities impacted by loneliness and discrimination. This recognition underscores her commitment to advocating for diversity, equity, and inclusion. Christine created Weaver with that unique lens. You gain not only expert guidance but also a gender and culturally sensitive approach that respects your unique background and challenges

How it all begins….

As a child, you may have felt deeply emotional, wearing your heart on your sleeve, just like Christine did. Perhaps you’ve been called “needy” or “overly sensitive,” and faced rejection or misunderstanding because of it. Christine understands that journey because she has lived it. Her early experiences of navigating the emotional landscape of sensitivity and rejection became the foundation for her career in psychology. It was through her own desire to understand her emotions, master them, and heal from past wounds that she developed the tools to help you do the same.

Christine’s professional journey began in 2007 with psychometrics, where she gained a deep understanding of human behavior. This expertise allowed her to work on a global scale, including engagements with the United Nations, where she gained invaluable insights into the complexities of human connection at a system level. These experiences enable Christine to offer you a comprehensive perspective on human relationships, helping you navigate and improve your connections in various contexts.

Along the way, Christine learned that many of the challenges we face—whether it’s anxiety, burnout, or feelings of isolation—stem from disconnection. You may feel disconnected from yourself, from others, or from the larger purpose that gives your life meaning. But Christine wants you to know that you’re not alone, and it’s possible to rebuild those connections in ways that truly enrich your life.

That’s why Christine founded Weaver. The mission is simple yet powerful: to empower you to navigate tricky moments in friendships, work relationships, and intimate partnerships with confidence and ease.

“I want you to know that I designed Weaver with the intention for you to feel that you can, and are able to, weave the most beautiful relationships in life and that you don’t feel alone when you feel lonely. Weaver sees you, and we are here with you.”
