Expressing your needs and request during conflict

Master the art of clearly communicating what you truly need during challenging conversations without triggering defensiveness.

Conflict often escalates because we struggle to articulate our authentic needs in ways others can hear. Instead, we resort to criticism, blame, or silence—approaches that leave our core needs unmet and relationships strained. Based on the principles of Nonviolent Communication (NVC), this transformative workout teaches you a structured, four-step approach to express what matters most, even in heated moments. Christine will provide a framework that helps you identify what you really need that you haven't dared to say—and how to communicate it effectively.
